Welcome to Lamarth Farm
Campsite & Self Catering Cottage
Our farm is perfectly situated to explore The Lizard and West Cornwall. Weβre excited to welcome you to this magical little corner of Cornwall.
Our farm
Lamarth Farm is a working farm, so youβll see and hear tractors and other big farm machinery at work. We donβt have animals, but we do have chickens and ducks so there are fresh eggs available. Weβre close to the Royal Navy base of Culdrose, so you might also see helicopters and gliders as well!
As a working farm, we politely request you stay on the camping field and not venture into the yard. Dogs must be under control at all times.
Our campsite is a large spacious grass field. Facilities are kept to just the basics and include two clean, well-maintained blocks, which have showers, toilets, basins and a baby change in the ladies. There are two partially-covered sinks for washing up, a freezer for ice packs and sockets for charging battery packs. The large grass field also has a central recreational area for kids to run around, fly a kite or play games.
Thereβs a designated enclosed dog exercise area on site, three dog-friendly beaches a short drive away and a great dog friendly pub in Gunwalloe village.
Ready for you to arrive, our modern comfortable 2 bedroom cottage sleeps 5, is dog friendly and ideally situated for exploring the Lizard Peninsula and West Cornwall. With a well appointed kitchen, bathroom and linens and towels provided, all you need to bring is yourselves.
5 minutes from the town of Helston, thereβs easy access to supermarkets and local bakeries for all of your supplies. Eating out is a pleasure too, with some excellent pubs and restaurants all within a 10 minute drive.

Light a fire, grab a glass of wine or a hot chocolate and watch the sun set over Mounts Bay. Our pitch sizes are unrestricted, so youβll have plenty of space to unwind and make yourself at home.
Our family
Luke and his extended family have farmed this area for many generations. Rachel, Luke, their boys and Molly the dog look forward to welcoming you to Lamarth Farm.
